Representatives of the LIFE project team took part in the Silesian Carp Festival, which took place on September 18. On that day, in the market square in Pawłowice, next to the Commune Office, local producers from nearby fishing farms and craftsmen set up their positions.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, the employees of the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Katowice promoted the project, presenting the natural values of the Upper Vistula Valley and presented the results of the work carried out so far. The LIFE VISTULA stand was rich in materials and information about the project and the Upper Vistula Valley, and the children participating in the event could receive design gadgets – a mascot of a night heron and a memo game.
