The film presents, in a shortened version, the construction of an artificial bird island on the Goczałkowice Lake.
The construction was commissioned by the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Katowice as part of the LIFEVISTULA.PL project. The contractor for the investment was the Soley company from Balice, near Krakow.
Construction cost over 1.2 million. PLN. It was financed by the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Katowice.
